Fabrice Harms, Scientific Coordinator, and Audrius Jasaitis, Application Specialist, addressed fundamental topics on adaptive optics for microscopy, presented and discussed differences between the various phase modulators used in microscopy as well as aberration detection methods. The hands-on part of the webinar was focused on demonstrating aberration detection techniques, PSF optimization and shaping using MicAO 3DSR adaptive optics system for single molecule super resolution microscopy.
